The purpose of this page is to inform you of your rights and obligations when you shop at Smykkesten og Fritid I/S www.stenmessen.dk
Payment
Smykkesten og Fritid I/S accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. We charge no payment fees.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.
Smykkesten og Fritid I/S encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Ticket orders are delivered digitally by email only. You will receive an email with a link where the ticket can be downloaded. Smykkesten og Fritid I/S guarantees that the email will be sent as soon as possible. For merchandise and physical goods, normal dispatch on stock items is within 3 working days. We always contact in case of delays or goods not in stock.
Right to complain
Smykkesten og Fritid I/S grants 2 years warranty according to the Purchase Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found in normal use of the goods. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference. Complaints about defects that should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified to Smykkesten og Fritid I/S within a reasonable time. The goods may subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit. In connection with complaints, Smykkesten og Fritid I/S shall bear the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns can be made to the above address - please note that we do not accept returns sent by post (untraced) or COD. Returns can also be made by delivering the item to us in person. It is not a requirement but the handling is facilitated if complete information accompanies the package - for example copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of bank account to which refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
Refund
In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and Smykkesten og Fritid I/S therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be provided by email or other traditional correspondence.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return period for physical goods, starting from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received back and accepted, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets, but tickets may be transferred to a third party for the face value of the ticket.

Condition of the goods when you return them
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as in a physical store. You can try the product, but not actually use it.
